How long has it been since you updated your photograph? We all know that first impressions are lasting ones. In today's competitive marketplace, it's even more important to present yourself in the best light.
Every photographer is not a professional portrait photographer. It is best to select a photographer who has experience in that area. He or she must know how to light your face and prepare the image for retouching.
The photo will go down to the first button line. Wear conservative clothing in medium to dark colors. Don't wear white. Women should not wear scarves or elaborate jewelry that will detract from their face. Light blue or light gray shirts with conservative ties work well for men. Remember, you want people to remember you, not your clothing!
